The 3 ELEMENTS cushion combines the stability of a contoured foam base with air cell insert. The contoured foam base is designed to provide better stability and provides exceptional positioning of the pelvis and lower extremities sitting positions. It is composed of a contoured foam base, soft gel pads on the leg part and 22 air cells insert air adjustable on the contact area.
The external cover is composed of a contact surface in Jersey (breathable two way stretchable Polyester), the sides in Polyester 3D (honeycomb structure) and an anti-slip base. The cover has a carrying handle, zip on three sides and 2 double layer Velcro laces on the side that allow to tie the cushion to wheelchairs and chairs.
