The ADAPTO cushion is made with a multi-layer foam base with differentiated densities. The lower closed-cell stiffening part of 37 Kg/m3 density promotes maximum support and comfort for all those who use it for long periods of time, guaranteeing symmetrical pressure relief on any work surface. The upper part of the base is composed of a thick and contoured layer of soft foam of 30 Kg/m3 density, which reduces the onset of bursitis and inflammation in the ischial, sacral and trochanteric areas. The fluid padding is contained in a high-frequency welded polyurethane bag that adapts anatomically to the shaped base. The padding is the fundamental element of the anti-decubitus system, as it envelops the bony prominences, maximizing the distribution of pressure and minimizing friction. The lateral stabilizers present on the anatomical base help to prevent the transfer of fluid, delimiting it only to the area of interest and reducing the possibility of sinking of the posterior pelvis and antero-trochanteric area. Thanks to the Self-Flow effect, the cushion exploits the pressure exerted by the body weight on the fluid padding to accentuate the spreading system, avoiding frontal slipping and guaranteeing greater postural stability. The rear dip relieves pressure on the tailbone and lower spine. The 100% polyurethane casing of the cushion guarantees its waterproofness and long life.

The 3D Mesh lining amplifies the oxygenation of the skin, reducing the risk of skin maceration. The internal lining guarantees waterproofness and breathability, reducing heat and humidity. The stretch side bands in bi-elastic polyurethane provide instant grip and conformation, preventing the lining from loosening. The bottom part in Non-Slip fabric and the two rear anchoring systems ensure stability.
